Having worked for venerable institutions and unknown startups, in a range of economies from bubble to recession, and in revenue producing, advisory, and senior leader roles, she’s walked many miles in her clients’ shoes. Shani spent the early part of her career at Goldman Sachs analyzing, executing, and marketing deals for a wide array of companies globally. Later transitioning to executive management roles, she served as GM of a TV station in Vail, CO and COO/CFO of an all-virtual marketing firm. The LeaderShift Project™ was born from her passion for helping people and organizations “get their shift together,” i.e. developing better leaders who drive cultures of high engagement, innovation, and stellar performance. Shani is Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is certified in Leadership Circle Profile and Culture Survey, Barrett Cultural Values, DISC Talent Insights, InsideOut Coaching, Crucial Conversations, and other powerful leadership tools.
