Jessica is President and Founder of ShwekWorks, an experiential consultancy specializing in strategic planning and creation of curated experiences and events for brands and company teams. Using her wealth of experience as a Marketing and Events Director, Jessica applies marketing strategies to connect brands with their ideal audiences and develops tailored employee programs to cultivate more positive and inclusive work environments. Engagements include national promotional tours to charity events, employee workshops, and everything in between. Her collaborative and tactical approach to problem-solving and team-building comes not only from her background in the marketing arena but also from her experience coaching in the workplace. As a believer in the power of positivity and the ability for experiences to create connections, Jessica’s work leaves a long-lasting impact. Jessica has consulted with high-profile brands, including NBCUniversal, Audi, Reebok, 9/11 Memorial & Museum and Citi Bike. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Rochester, and is a trained Co-Active coach (CTI) and Organization, Relationship and Systems Coach (ORSC). In her spare time, Jessica can be found teaching Indoor Cycling at fitness studios around NYC. On weekends, she looks forward to long runs in Central Park and is proud to have recently crossed the finish line of her 12th marathon.
